Brain Exercise

Brain Exercise
The human brain has the function as the coordinator of the movement of the body, the brain is like a very complex machine. It is said that the more complex a person's brain, the more intelligent person. Broadly speaking, the brain is divided into two; right brain functions to manage parts of the body to the left and the left brain that regulates body parts to the right.
In principle, the brain is divided into sections called lobes, each of which has a specific function. Frontal lobes regulate the movement, intelligence, thinking skills, as well as memory and personality. Lobe pariental regulate intelligence, ability to think, to distinguish left and right, language skills, sensation, and the ability to read. While the vision was coordinated by the occipital lobe.

Disorders that occur in the brain can be caused by physical injury or due to age so well because its function in storing the memory to be slower (and that is what causes people to become forgetful). But not infrequently memory loss occurs in people in the relatively young age, this could be due to the amount of blood flow to the brain that carry oxygen (brain food) decreases. The causes vary, one of which may be due to a less healthy lifestyle.
Just as the body, the brain also needs exercise to keep always function properly. then how the trick?

  1. Make the information you receive is easy to remember, for example by making the abbreviations like chocolate which is an abbreviation of the names of animals (camels, horses, owls, chameleons, ostrich, lion, Angora, tiger, eagle).
  2. Use different hand for the move, this exercise will accelerate and strengthen the brain circuitry that functions to control and process tactile stimuli coming from your hand.
  3. Try different kinds of foods, eating the same food every day can dull the senses of smell and taste.
  4. Socialize, socialize less will adversely affect your cognitive abilities.
  5. Trying new things, this will activate the brain, such as reading new books, or alter the route of travel to your office and so forth.
It was not difficult to exercise the brain. Good exercise ^_^
